The 2025 Talented Child Festival

Under the patronage of His Excellency Salem Saleh bin Brik, Prime Minister, and His Excellency Ahmed Hamed Lamlas, Minister of State and Governor of Aden Governorate, and in partnership with UNICEF, the General Investment Authority participated in the 2025 Talented Child Festival, coinciding with the celebration of Children’s Rights Day on November 20th. The festival was organized by the Aden Office of the Ministry of Culture and Information in coordination with the Aden Education Office.

The event aimed to highlight children’s creative talents and provide an open space for them to express their artistic and cultural abilities in singing, chanting, drawing, acting, and literary writing, under the slogan: “Childhood Weaving Beautiful Creativity.”

The festival’s organization aligns with the Aden Culture Office’s efforts to enhance the creative landscape among young people and open new avenues that encourage them to discover and refine their talents, thus contributing to building a promising generation imbued with a passion for knowledge and a spirit of creativity. The festival witnessed wide participation from talented children, in addition to a dedicated space for children with disabilities, special needs, and orphans to showcase their creativity in various artistic and cultural fields. This step underscores the organizers’ commitment to inclusion and providing equal opportunities for all to express their talents.

The event was held on November 20, 2025, in the Saba Grand Hall.
